With Heavy Hearts we say Farewell

On April 19, 2018, we lost a dear friend, a colleague, and part of Balance’s core when Leslie Mack Kizzee was taken by cancer. For 20 years in her roles as  Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Personnel Manager, Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Secretary, Shareholder, and Director, Leslie provided the operational support to allow our technical staff to work and serve our clients. As a trusted advisor, confidant, and problem-solver for all of us, Leslie helped smooth the transition for new staff and offered practical counsel to our project managers and principals. Leslie always sought to lead us along a true path, guided by a sense of simply finding the right thing to do, and doing it with a smile. We miss her, and we miss her smile.
