Rachel Boitano serves as Balance’s Comptroller. She has been with the firm for more than 20 years, and brings nearly 25 years of business experience in management and corporate finance. In collaboration with Balance’s CEO and CFO, Rachel works to develop long-term financial initiatives to ensure a strong financial foundation. She has implemented Balance’s financial reporting system and works closely with Balance staff to serve our clients. Her core business competencies include executive leadership, expense planning and control, financial analysis, resource management, FAR compliance, budgeting, contract management, account reconciliation, insurance administration, payables and receivables, and performance appraisals. Rachel currently serves as a director on Balance’s Board of Directors.
