Jessalyn is an Engineer-in-Training with a background in hydrology and stormwater management. She has experience designing and developing construction plans for various land development and public agency projects. At Balance, she contributes design support through hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and CAD design. In addition to her design and modeling work, Jessalyn conducts fieldwork: streamflow monitoring, gage installs, and site reconnaissance. She is currently working towards her professional licensure in Civil Engineering. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her skiing the slopes, playing ultimate frisbee, or trying a new restaurant around town.
