Jason Parke plans, implements and monitors surface/groundwater hydrology projects especially in low-flow environments. He performs groundwater flow analysis, well development, water quality and sediment-transport quantification studies in Santa Cruz and nearby counties. He monitors flow, and directs projects related to critical-habitat flow monitoring and ongoing stream gaging for water-rights compliance throughout Northern California, including web-site based telemetry.
