
Maxwell Kelly is a hydrologist with hands-on experience in stormwater monitoring, watershed protection, and environmental compliance programs across California. He performs field activities including measuring streamflow and conducting other hydrologic monitoring, and installing and maintaining hydrologic monitoring equipment. His work has also involved wetland delineation projects, as well as supporting dredged material evaluations through sediment and water sampling aboard research vessels. With a strong background in data collection, analysis, and equipment maintenance, Max brings both technical expertise and field leadership to projects aimed at protecting water quality and advancing sustainable watershed management.
