On April 19, 2018, we lost a dear friend, a colleague, and part of Balance’s core when Leslie Mack Kizzee was taken by cancer. For 20 years in her roles as temporary Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Personnel Manager, Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Secretary, Shareholder, and Director, Leslie provided the operational support to allow our technical staff to work and serve our clients. As a trusted advisor, confidant, and problem-solver for all of us, Leslie helped smooth the transition for new staff and offered practical counsel to our project managers and principals.
Leslie was a force of nature, pushing us to do our very best. We will miss her smile and straight-talk.
