| Nathan Neufeld brings 8 years of hands-on engineering design and field implementation to each engineering design, drainage analysis or wetland enhancement. He takes pride in preparing clear, practicable construction documents and in conducting helpful construction observation. Nathan also prepares stormwater management plans, FEMA documents, SWPPPs, and erosion control plans needed to implement our wetland or stream stabilization designs. He is one of Balance's leaders in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis utilizing a combination of automated gages, field data and computer simulations. • A.A.
