Edward Ballman, P.E., CFM, CPSWQ, Principal, Civil Engineer/Hydrologist
Edward Ballman has both feasibility and design experience in hydrology and hydraulic analysis and a strong background in computer applications with an emphasis on modeling sediment, transport, storm runoff, and flow through networks and reservoirs. A chemical engineer since 1982, he currently focuses on salinity and nutrient management and wetlands water quality and sediment quality.
