Balance Hydrologics offers two methods for file transfers:

• FTP Site - Our File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site is a quick and easy to use but less secure method to transfer files from one user to another. No setup is required and a general username and password is used to immmediately logon to our FTP server. All files on the server are accessible to whomever logs on. After transfer, files are generally deleted by the user, but if left on, they are automatically deleted after 3 working days.

• File Repository -With unique password protected folders, our file repository site is more secure and allows users to store files on the server for up to four months. There is, however, some setup required and delay for us to assign the user-specific folder and notify the users of the username and password.
